Group Coaching & Retreats
While my 1:1 work is bespoke and deep, my group work focuses on shared, collective transformation. As a seasoned Group Coach, Retreat Creator, and Space Holder, I design experiences that are safe, transformative, and accessible. These spaces are intentionally created to foster community, shared awareness, and accelerated growth through practical functional movement and intuitive practice.

Focus: The Shine Program is a structured group coaching experience designed to cultivate self-compassion, intuitive clarity, and boundary setting. It’s an intensive, supportive container for achieving self-growth and implementing best self improvement strategies.

Local Coverage: Travel for bespoke group bookings is available within a 60-mile radius of my base. Advanced booking is essential to secure space.

Silent Disco
Private Hire Silent Discos: Functional Movement & Joy Across the UK. My Silent Disco sessions offer a unique, non-judgemental space for joyful, free-form embodiment and functional movement. This is a powerful, inclusive experience that transcends age and ability.
Service Area and Travel
Private Hire Silent Discos are available across Scotland and England.

Booking Requirement: Bookings requiring travel outside of the 60-mile radius must be made with at least 3 months advance notice.
