Group Coaching & Retreats
While my 1:1 work is bespoke and deep, my group work focuses on shared, collective transformation. As a seasoned Group Coach, Retreat Creator, and Space Holder, I design experiences that are safe, transformative, and accessible. These spaces are intentionally created to foster community, shared awareness, and accelerated growth through practical functional movement and intuitive practice.
The SHINE Program

Focus: Focus: SHINE is a series of heart-led programmes supporting children and their families to feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Through connection-based experiences, SHINE nurtures emotional awareness, confidence, and meaningful connection—both within themselves and with others.

Delivery: This program is currently delivered in-person in Fife & Edinburgh, Scotland.

Local Coverage: Travel for bespoke group bookings is available within a 60-mile radius of my base. Advanced booking is essential to secure space.

Silent Disco
Private Hire Silent Discos: Functional Movement & Joy Across the UK. My Silent Disco sessions offer a unique, non-judgemental space for joyful, free-form embodiment and functional movement. This is a powerful, inclusive experience that transcends age and ability.
Service Area and Travel
Private Hire Silent Discos are available across Scotland and England.

Booking Requirement: Bookings requiring travel outside of the 60-mile radius must be made with at least 3 months advance notice.

As a lover of words and passionate writer, I am available for speaking engagements, workshops, and panel discussions on trauma-informed practices, HSP sensitivity, neurodiversity, raising sensitive children & parenting in todays busy world and embodiment.
