MY SPECIALTIES

Coaching for highly sensitive & neurodivergent super souls

bronwyn-Speaking Events Authority & Awareness.webp

Support to thrive, without burning out or self betrayal

  • I’m a trauma-informed coach based in Burntisland, Fife, working with clients across Scotland and online worldwide.

  • If you feel deeply, think deeply, notice everything, and often feel overwhelmed, overstimulated or exhausted by the world — you are not broken - you're a super human!

  • You are wired for depth, perception and nuance in a world that often rewards speed, noise and numbness.

  • I’m also highly sensitive myself.

Sensitivity is not a flaw

Many sensitive people grow up learning to override themselves just to cope — to be smaller, quieter, tougher, or endlessly adaptable. Trauma-informed coaching helps you relearn how to listen to yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build a life that actually fits you.

Highly sensitive people often:

  • Process information deeply

  • Are emotionally and sensorially aware

  • Are empathetic, intuitive and conscientious

  • Are strongly affected by environments, relationships and stress

A nervous system trait

This is a nervous system trait, not something that needs fixing. But without the right support, sensitivity can lead to:

  • Burnout and chronic exhaustion

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • People-pleasing and boundary fatigue

  • Feeling “too much” or “not enough”

Coaching for neurodivergent and deeply feeling people

This work is not about changing who you are.  It’s about creating support, structure and strategies that honour your brain and nervous system.

I also work with adults who identify as:

  • Autistic

  • ADHD

  • Otherwise neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified)

Neurodivergence is a natural variation

Neurodivergence is a natural variation in human brains and nervous systems.  But living in a world not designed for your brain can lead to:

  • Masking and over-adapting

  • Repeated burnout cycles

  • Anxiety, shutdown or sensory overwhelm

  • Low self-trust

A trauma-informed approach

Many neurodivergent and highly sensitive adults carry nervous system trauma from:

  • Being misunderstood

  • Being pushed beyond capacity

  • Being told to be quieter, easier or different

Our work focuses on:

  • Safety and nervous system regulation

  • Reducing overwhelm and burnout

  • Building self-understanding and self-trust

  • Creating compassionate, realistic strategies for everyday life

We might work on:

  • Energy management and pacing

  • Sensory needs and boundaries

  • Work that doesn’t destroy your health

  • Self-advocacy and communication

  • Unmasking safely and gradually

  • Building a life based on sustainability, not endurance

My approach

I don’t use rigid systems or productivity frameworks that ignore your nervous system.

Everything we do is:
  • Prioritising your sense of 'safety' as the highest priority

  • Individual and crafted to ‘fit’ your needs

  • Consent-led

  • Adapted to suit your brain and body

I bring both professional training and lived experience.

For much of my life, I was told I was “too sensitive” and “thought too much.”  My work is shaped by learning to honour my sensitivity, heal from overload, and build a life that supports — rather than fights — my nervous system.

I bring real understanding, not judgement.

Bronwyn helped me move from crippling self-criticism to securing the promotion to manager I deserved. Her grounded approach made me realize my sensitivity was my superpower, not a weakness.

There is more than coaching; it's a foundation for a new life.
