The SHINE Program
SHINE is a series of heart-led programs designed to help children and their families to feel safe, seen, and celebrated while building emotional awareness, confidence, and connection — both within themselves and with others.
The 3 ways to be involved in SHINE

SHINE
In Schools
SHINE in Schools brings the SHINE approach into primary settings — a 9-week wellbeing and empowerment program for children aged 5–12. Through mindfulness, movement, creativity, and play, it helps children feel Safe, Heard, Important, Nourished, and Empowered.
Designed to complement the school environment, SHINE fosters confidence, emotional awareness, and connection — supporting happier, more resilient learners who feel seen and valued both in and beyond the classroom.

SHINE | Children & Parents
A Deeper Journey
This dual focus ensures that while children build essential skills like emotional regulation and confidence in a peer environment, adults simultaneously gain the practical tools and personalized insights needed to reinforce those positive changes at home.

This deeper layer of support is key to strengthening communication, deepening mutual understanding, and cultivating a secure, emotional connection within the home, leading to happier, more resilient family dynamics.

Community Support
Share and Shine
SHARE & Shine is a welcoming monthly gathering for parents and carers seeking support and connection. Held in person in Burntisland, Fife, it offers a safe, confidential space to pause, breathe, and share the real challenges and triumphs of family life — without judgment.

Run on a by-donation basis, the group fosters genuine connection with others who understand. It’s a reminder that you’re not alone. Come to offload mental clutter, gain perspective, and leave feeling seen, heard, and supported.
