A beautiful Silent Disco, movement, music and meditation in community offering for those living with limited mobility, long term conditions, natural changes of ageing, or isolation 🫶
This is a space to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect — with your body, with others, and with what matters most.
Whether you’re feeling a little disconnected, navigating changes in your body, or simply wanting to experience something different, you are warmly welcome here.
