Sounds like you need a dose of BroMelia!  A beautiful mix of wildly whacky and energizing to witchy, grounding and safe - that's pretty much what we bring as a duo.

• Stretchy Mc Stretchy exercises (the kinda stuff that's outside of your comfort zone)
• Nourishing food
• Laughter & chats

About us:

We're Bronwyn & Amelia, we've been mates now for almost 9 years, we've gone through being new mums together, built and grown a beautiful friendship, trained as transformational coaches, attending courses and events galore together, and we're each others biggest fans.  We fancy ourselves 'soul sisters'!

We're really passionate and enthusiastic about creating safe, fun, welcoming and loving spaces for women to gather to celebrate in ALL the joys of being a wonderful woman in this day and age. We've seen time and time again what is possible at a gathering like this, from releasing big feelings to expanding into new ways of being.  We're incredibly easy going and open, and often times the dynamic of the group brings up things we never expected which benefit us all.

If this event peaks your interest then YAY!!!! If you decide to come and take action to book then you're obviously meant to be there, if you don't then that's completely perfect too, you're probs just not meant to join us this time.

Dance, Circle, Camp & share with us in nature!

Basic Schedule:

Saturday 17th June

From 1pm: arrive, setup camp (if staying over)

2-3.00pm: Dance energizing and Mindful Nia & Disco with Bron 

3-4.30pm: Share & Group Coaching with Bron

4.30-5pm: Break & Share

5-7pm: Get Witchy with Amelia 

7pm & beyond: Campfire, chat, drink tea & camp overnight

Sunday 18th June

9:00-10.00am: Dance & Share with Bron

10:00-11:00am: Food, tea & chats!

11:00-12:00pm: Closing Circle with Amelia

12:00-12:30pm: Depart 

NB: 1:30-3pm Separate dance event being offered by Lola Manekin (not included in this ticket price, but if you are attending this event you can add session with Lola on for £18)

Costs:

£121 day visitor

£180 overnight

Spaces are limited for each event & I like to arrange it so that there's not too much upheaval with folk coming and going.
