Landing with Love in Australia xx

Do you feel like shaking off some of the stale and stagnant energy that is holding you back from being the best and most beautiful expression of your SWEET self?

Do you feel called to gather with some 'like-minded' souls in movement, connection and sharing?  It lights up my life to create safe and welcoming spaces like this for folk just like you.

I am so passionate about being the person I came here to this world to be.  I work at being completely intentional about everything I think, say and do.   I pay attention, I take action and I invest.  I do difficult things.

Some unexpected family matters are calling me home.  I could have stayed here and justified how my life is busy and complicated, that the timing isn't perfect or I don't have the money.  But I didn't.  I payed attention, took action and invested time, energy and resources in getting back home to say, see and do what matters.

Alot has changed since I was last home.  I'm happier.  I'm freer.  I'm 100% sure of who I'm here to be.   Nowadays I support others to do the same through facilitating movement classes and Transformational Coaching sessions.

If you'd like to join me in doing something different to honour your One Sweet Life and connect barefoot on the earth with me and some other really wonderful humans then please come along.

You will be made to feel completely welcome.  You don't need to worry about anything like dance moves, your outfit, your chat, your image, anything!  You need create space to do this, then turn up with an open mind and heart and be willing to do something to celebrate the gift of your One Sweet Life.

Our 3 hours together will entail something like this (always subject to change on the day as the mood feels right)

1hr of dance (Nia & Disco)

30minutes of sacred sharing

90minutes of BYO food and chat
