During this event we'll move our bodies, minds, emotions and souls on a journey through movement, connection, singing, releasing and sharing.

Join the craze that is storming its way through the UK and beyond. Kiwi born and bred Bronwyn came to the UK in 2014 for a 2 month holiday and found herself unexpectedly having to make a life for herself in the UK. That was 8 yrs ago now. Bronwyn has taken what has been a challenging time and crafted something quite extraordinary, is taking radical responsibility for her 'One Sweet Life' (a Bronwyn self-coined slogan) and guiding others to do the same.

Bronwyn will take you to places in your body through her passion of mindful movement to music that soothes the soul, unleashes some fun and freedom within and lights a fire in your belly to feel into places and spaces that may have been buried within. With a passion for the spiritual mindful choreographed moves of Nia (where the moves are infused with Bronwyn's unique style) and the freestyle disco dancing (wearing of lycra, wigs and shell suits is optional) to tunes we all know and love.

Its entirely up to you if you decide to dress up or come on your comfy's, the only rule is that you are actually dressed ;). Expressing oneself through wearing something fancy and fun can be another great and powerful way to shake up your soul!

Bronnercise review: "What an amazing NIA class I went to this morning! It was my first time going to a class like this - Bron was soooo welcoming and lovely! Her energy was deeply authentic and fun. Her love of what she does completely shone through & I left her class feeling uplifted, more engaged with my own body, freer, connected to my authentic self and happy! Bron’s own energy set the mood in the group which was open, empowering, supportive and totally judgement free - which is just as well, because I can’t dance for toffee!! 😂 I had so much energy after class I came home and wallpapered the bathroom!! 😁 If you haven’t tried barefoot, joyful dancing yet - do it!!
