Kiwi born and bred Bronwyn came to the UK in 2014 for a 2 month holiday and found herself unexpectedly having to make a life for herself in the UK. That was 8 yrs ago now. Bronwyn has taken what has been a challenging time and crafted something quite extraordinary, is taking radical responsibility for her 'One Sweet Life' (a Bronwyn self-coined slogan) and guiding others to do the same.

Bronwyn will take you to places in your body through her passion of mindful movement to music that soothes the soul, unleashes some fun and freedom within and lights a fire in your belly to feel into places and spaces that may have been buried within.…
