Aphra of www.aphraWilson.com is joining us in the Autumn extravaganza to support us to shed the stale stories and energies which need a little help with moving on.  Being the practical kiwi that I am I LOVE collaborating with 'gifted healing machines' like Aphra to bring you a smorgasbord of other offerings.

Dance, Firewalk, Camp & share with us in nature!

Schedule:

Saturday 22nd October

From 1.30pm: arrive, setup camp (if staying over)

Eat & chat 

2-3.30pm: Dance energizing and Mindful Nia & Disco with Bron 

3.30-4.15pm: Break & Share

4.15-6.30pm: Firewalking with Aphra in the sunset on the night of the full moon! 

6.30pm & beyond: Campfire, chat, drink tea & camp overnight

Saturday 23rd October 

9-9.45am: Dance Classic Nia with Bron

9.45-10:30am: Firewalk Reflections/Dream interpretations

10:30-11.30am: Food, tea & chats!

11:30-12pm: Depart 

Costs:

£121 day visitor

£180 overnight

Spaces are limited for each event & I like to arrange it so that there's not too much upheaval with folk coming and going.
