During this outdoor nature based event we'll move our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits on a journey through mindful dance movement, fire, camping and sharing.

Join Bronwyn of 'Bronnercise' and Aphra of 'Wild Fire Walking' as they lead you on a fully supported journey of venturing into the spaces and places of the possibilities that await when you ignite that UNIQUELY YOU fire in your belly. We will SUPPORT and CHEER you into a place within yourself that may well have been sleeping. That part inside of you that is desperately trying to wake up and unleash itself on the world. We're serious about this gear and we have the skills and passion to support you to step into that place you are rearing to get to.

This event is being held in nature and will be an opportunity for you to really take time and space away from they busyness of life. A rare and precious time for you to get connected with the earth and your place within in.

Sat 4th June

• 4-5pm arrive, setup camp, relax & connect

• 8-10pm Firewalk
• 10pm onwards Camp

About Bronwyn: Bronwyn shares her passion for movement as those who dance with her dive deep into the spiritual dance practice of Nia and the more freestyle and dance magic of some 'old favourites'. Bronwyn's passion for connecting to the here and now through mindful movement and sensation means that she can take you to places in your body where you'll sense a connection that lasts. Bronwyn's ability to connect with individuals and personalise the experience to each person has to be experienced to be fully understood. Movement is done to music that soothes the soul, unleashes some fun and freedom within and lights a fire in your belly to feel into places and spaces that may have been buried within. With a passion for the spiritual mindful choreographed moves of Nia (with moves infused with Bronwyn's unique style) and the freestyle disco dancing (where dressing up is both fun and optional) to tunes we all know and love.

Bronwyn is certified in Nia White and Blue Belts and delivers regular dance classes and workshops. Bronwyn is also training to be a Transformational Coach and uses the techniques she has learned in the process of delivering dance magic.

Bronnercise review: This isn't just your average dance class. Bronwyn is a powerful space holder and inspires authenticity by showing up as herself unapologetically. She's very skilled in what she does and I couldn't recommend her more! This class combines movement, fun with deeper spiritual practices. Each time I go I feel more connected, peaceful and present in my body at the end of the session. Go try it out for yourself. You won't regret it!

About Aphra: Aphra of Wild FireWalking has personally walked over 200 beds of red hot coals, each time shedding old beliefs and revealing more of her true nature. Over the last 20 years Aphra has studied different healing modalities and personal development techniques, and says nothing beats the immediate and powerful mindset shift felt during a fire walk.

As a fully trained and certified firewalk instructor, with a lineage coming directly from Tolly Burkan, through Steve Consalvez and Barry Collins. As a registered member of the Global Fire Walking Association her work adheres to strict safety regulations.

Wild FireWalking Review: Aphra conducted a wonderfully magical group fire walk on the grounds of our estate for an event organised for our employees. Aphra followed all safety protocols and thoroughly explained the steps involved to everyone participating. Everyone in the group really enjoyed the whole experience and were talking about it for days afterwards. Highly recommended bonding activity for groups!
