Burntisland Silent **SEPTEMBER SAND & SEA** Disco

THE PREVIOUS 2 EVENT WERE SUCH A TREAT I'VE DECIDED TO UNLEASH ANOTHER ! YES WE'RE DOING IT AGAINNNN!  A SILENT SEA DISCO. 

Dance your heart out then finish off with a dip in the S E A!!!! Wait for it.....WITH THE HEADSETS ON.

A glorious opportunity to connect with nature, yourself and other like-minded souls in movement.

A GREAT way to wash away the week that was and a beautiful start to the weekend.

The 'low down' for the evening:

*Meet at the area of beach nearest the playpark, Burntisland 5mins before start time.

*Introductions & natter.

*Invitation to mindfully silent walk along the beach (at your own pace) with the option of music/no music (sounds of nature).

*You can go as far as you like to get what you need from the session and find a spot that suits you to receive exactly what you need.

*As a transformational coach I will use language/prompts to get you tuning into different parts of yourself, your thoughts, nature & whatever else comes to mind.

*Dance and deepen our connection to self, nature and each other.

*Finish with Mindful connection together and close at the end.

*Option of going for a sea swim WITH the headsets on, THIS IS NEXT LEVEL fun, uplifting and awe inspiring!  Its proven to be the perfect way to get a person who struggles with getting into the cold water actually IN!  (you will need to take care not to get headsets wet, and I may even create a waiver that needs signing ;) 

**You're invited to join us for a social catch up afterwards at a local bar if you're free!

A Silent Sea Disco is my current favourite way to move my body/be in nature, sing my heart out and feel great.
