Saturday 4th

• 8.30 - 9am  Meditation
• 10.30am - 1pm Morning Session
• Journalling
• Medicine Walk
• Outdoor Nia
• Sharing circle
• 1 - 4pm   Lunch & Break
• 4 - 6pm  Afternoon Session (Circle) Free dance plus extras!!
• 7.30pm  Dinner + relax + chat

Sunday 5th

• 8.30 - 9am  Meditation
