BodyLove Bite sized is here! This day event has been born in response to our hugely successful 3 night BodyLove retreat we hold in March each year.
Escape the hustle and bustle of life and dive into a day of pure nourishment and self-care with transformational coach, practical Kiwi, and random Bron.
Badass witch, earth mother vibes, creative and calming Amelia.
And the cracker that is Karolina, an earth and life-loving nutrition Goddess and health coach with a deep commitment to nourishing the hearts and bodies of humanity!
Join us at our BiteSize BodyLove retreat for an intimate experience limited to just 13 individuals, including us, your hosts. Spend a day immersed in rejuvenating practices designed to nurture both body and soul. Our activities include:
- Uplifting outdoor dancing to energise and elevate your spirit.
- A serene nature and medicine walk that allows us to move our bodies, slow down and cultivate wonder in the world around us.
- Delicious, nourishing cuisine prepared with love by the talented Karolina.
- Gathering in circle to share our hearts, fostering a deep sense of community and belonging.
- An Elemental Embodiment movement session which connects us more deeply to ourselves and the elements and emotions within us.
