Join us for a wholesome midweek moment that brings joy, movement, and connection to your whole family—dogs, babies, teens, and grown-ups alike! EVERYONE IS WELCOME AND WILL BE MADE TO FEEL WELCOME This weekly event includes mindfulness, simple dance moves, singing, and lots of free movement to help you shake off the day, laugh together, and feel more like you. Whether you're: 🐶Short on time to walk the dog 👧Trying to get the kids off screens 🌈Looking to do something just for you? 🤩Wanting more movement & fun in your life 🫶Or simply needing a joyful reset midweek This is for you. Pay-what-you-can: £5 / £10 / £14 £60 for a 5 pack (valid for 3 months) You choose what feels right, no questions asked. Children 12 and under come for free! Bronwyn, a transformational coach and trained dance teacher, created this experience to bring people of all ages and stages together in movement and community. It's a space to show up exactly as you are, move how you feel, and be wild and free in nature. And don't worry, if your fur baby is extra spirited, keep them on the lead and at a distance so everyone feels wild and free (the range on the headsets is great!). Come solo or with your squad – we’d love to prance with you. NB: Meet at the fountain/Conifer Trees in Beveridge Park, Kirkcaldy and we'll start our party from there :)
