I LOVE LUCY XXX

"I've had so many breakthroughs from working with Bron and feel strong, supported and loved. Lucy"

This is the delightful Lucy, and I'm head over heels in love with her and her journey! To clarify, not in a 'she's my lover kind of way', but in an 'I believe in and love this super soul so much' kind of way.

Lucy inspires me, she always has, did throughout our sessions together and continues to this very day (yes she's done something today that has WOWED ME, which I reckon in part is thanks to her coaching).

I've worked with Lucy as her coach on and off over the past 2 years, we've just recently completed a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions, a 1/2 day intensive, Lucy attended BodyLove and is a regular at my movement classes - it's safe to say we're an 'energetic match' and I'm so damn grateful I've had the honour of working together with her.

This blog post goes into a little detail about the 1/2 day 1-2-1 intensives with me and is in response to the recent testimonial Lucy shared regarding her experience.

lucys' testimonial in particular relation to the 1/2 day intensive session

How would you rate the class/ event?

Excellent

Bron's BIT

Who am I to argue, much love, planning, care and attention goes into all that I do. I'll accept that rating :) x

Can you share a short testimonial?

I spent the most beautifully, soul nourishing day with Bron. She made me feel so held and cared for. The day flowed and I felt so seen and so heard. It was exactly like how I've always wanted to feel on my birthday! Special, appreciated, loved and with so much thought and consideration... a ME DAY!! It's easy now for me to make time for me these days but it was so beautiful having this day created for me by someone else. Something I've not felt or received since I was little. Bron not only is an incredible coach but now a lifelong friend. She is the salt of the earth and a true healer.

Bron's BIT

Something I love so much is making folk feel like they are at home in my home and company, it's always been a 'thing', ever since I was young. I think growing up I always craved a homely home and mine didn't always feel the way I desired so I made it my business to create that kind of space. Even when my brothers (10 & 12 years my juniors) were young, I went to great lengths to tend to the 'homely comforts I felt they would appreciate'. It could be to do with my Maori heritage, a bringing together of people in community runs in my blood. I've always paid attention to the 'little details' to make sure someone feels welcome and comfortable, it could also be to do with my hyperfocused/sensitive and neurodiverse mind, at any rate I love it.

It's been said that people feel like they're the only person in the world in my presence, it feels a bit cringy writing that in relation to myself but I'm just sharing what others say. It feels really important to treat people like they really matter and to pay attention to all the wonderful things they say and don't say.

Deciding to do the 1/2 intensives came about from working too much in the online space and feeling like I wasn't getting enough quality time in with folk at my dance classes and events. I want to deeply connect with everyone I meet AND its not that realistic. I love people, I love knowing what makes them who they are, what they want and what they don't want and then getting curious about all of that.

In a home environment, sharing homemade food, comforting drinks with a bit of the tactile stuff thrown in (cosy blankets, a touch to acknowledge something shared, candles, scents), the type of things not possible through a screen.

1/2day intensives ALWAYS INCLUDE NATURE, be it a 'walk and coaching talk' in the woods, a dance & dunk in the sea or a cold plunge & sauna combo in my back garden. Taking time and space to be in and with nature feels extremely important to support nervous system regulation.

Oftentimes I incorporate a craft exercise, where the client takes sacred space and time to get creative with craft material I supply while I get creative in the kitchen.

Anything you would like to share about value for money?

Worth every penny and more. The in person day was such a treat.

Bron's BIT

We worked together for 6 months in 2022 (2 x 45min sessions per month) then another 6 months in 2023/2024 (1 x 45min session per month). All coaching contracts include 50% off all in-person movement classes. I check in each week with client's to see what they will focus on for the week ahead. This gives me an insight as to what they're dealing with between sessions, this may not be energetically feasible going forward but to date it feels important to connect in this way.

My prices are based on what is happening in the Industry, what I pay for my coaches/mentors, investments in my training and an amount that feels like a fair energetic exchange.

What are your thoughts on the tech delivery? What worked/didn't work

Fab. No issues at all. Zoom worked best for us.

Bron's BIT

With the exception of this 1/2 day intensive, all of our coaching sessions were held online via zoom for 45minutes. Meetings were scheduled in Google Calendar and a meeting invitation with zoom link is shared with client. In between sessions we communicated via WhatsApp.

What can you share about Bron's Coaching? What feels 'unique' to Bron

Bron has the most incredible ability to actively listen and soak in every detail, then relay it back to me with all the right questions. She tunes in to me and feels organically what is needed at the time. I've had so many breakthroughs from working with her and feel strong, supported and loved. She retains so much golden information and explains it all beautifully, applying it to our conversations so it makes sense to me. I love her love for music and healing and movement and every time we speak I feel lighter, clearer and more in alignment.

Bron's BIT

Not sure there is anymore to add to this beautiful paragraph. And of course I will.

Getting up close and personal with clients about what matters, what does and doesn't feel good, what needs to change, what is desired more or less is ESSENTIAL. Holding a client like Lucy accountable to themselves is CRUCIAL. Helping clients to get really really clear about what they are wanting out of life and how to use the sessions to support that VITAL.

I pay attention to everything, I'm always 'feeling' into the energy of whomever I'm working with and oftentimes I'll respond from an intuitive place. I get these shivers through my body which for years now are a steady sign that I'm 'on the right track' in relation to what we're working on. Its such a privilege to connect so deeply in this way.

Throughout my life I've gravitated to teachings, teachers and people that feel like a 'soul fit'. It feels a natural part of the process to generously share the teachings and lessons I learn with clients I work with. Sharing generously feels fundamental to my being.

That about wraps up this blog post for today. Thank you for your time, energy and attention.

Bron x
