From 1.30pm: arrive, setup camp (if staying over)

Eat & chat

2-3pm: Dance energizing and Mindful Nia & Disco with Bron

3-4pm: Sharing circle

4-5pm: Receive or witness powerful Transformational coaching with Bron 

5-6.30: Reflection time...eat, connect, build your nest

6.30-9pm: Firewalking & powerful practices with Aphra

9pm & beyond: Dance, Campfire, chat, drink tea & camp overnight

Saturday 23rd April 2023 

From 8.30am: Eat something light

9.30-10.15am: Dance Classic Nia & embodiment practices with Bron

10:15-11am: Firewalk Reflections/Dream interpretations

11am-12pm: Food, tea & chats!

12-12.30pm: Depart 

Costs:

£121 day visitor

£180 overnight

Spaces are limited for each event & I like to arrange it so that there's not too much upheaval with folk coming and going.
