"Bronwyn and Amelia create magic. Bronwyn brings dance, humour, space-holding and models vulnerability and openness by default. Amelia brings prayer and ceremony, space-holding, humour, openness, connection to gratitude and reverence, and her healing and loving massage. The retreat is held both by their friendship (the relaxed and loving atmosphere of informality this brings from the get-go) and by their combined smorgasbord of skills and experience. Imagine a sleepover with a group of warm, open, loving, hilarious women, where each day is thoughtfully organised to include rest and relaxation (a bath rota, massages!), delicious meals together (thank you Karolina, the third member of the team!), and guided practices to open us up and bring us together (dancing outdoors, mindful walking, cacao ceremony, sharing circles, intuitive dance and dancing for fun and silliness). By the end I felt so open-hearted, so supported, so inspired, so myself. The love stood out to me most. There was so much of it. Also - the arrival gifts! So thoughtful and loving including homemade bath salts and herbal tea too.

It was an experience of women uplifting each other. There is a promise of such power in becoming each others' committed allies."
