Born in response of the hugely successful 4 day, 3 night BodyLove retreat held in March each year.
Escape the hustle and bustle and treat yourself to a day of pure nourishment and self-care with Transformational Coach, Practical Kiwi and random Bron. Badass witchy, earth mother vibes, creative and calming Amelia. And the cracker that is Karolina, earth and life loving nutrition goddess with a deep committment for nourishing the hearts and bodies of humanity!
Our BiteSize BodyLove retreat offers an intimate experience for a group of just 13 individuals (including us). Join us for a day filled with rejuvenating practices designed to nurture your body and soul.
Indulge in delicious, nourishing cuisine prepared with love by the talented Karolina. Let your senses come alive as you savor every bite of our carefully crafted meals.
Throughout the day, we'll engage in a variety of activities to reconnect with ourselves and each other. From uplifting dance sessions to serene nature walks, we'll move our bodies and invigorate our spirits.
